Instructions

  1. Download the self-assessment
  2. Rate your level of expertise in the five core supervisory skill areas.
  3. Use the results to set 1 - 3 goals for the workshop.  (Use the results to set personal development goals if you are not attending the training class.)
  4. Discuss the results with your supervisor to get their input.
